Pam takes your call or message, gathers basic details about your home or building, timelines and any deadlines.

On-site walkthrough
Sameh and/or Pam walk the home or commercial space and note scope, access, protection and colour ideas.

Detailed written estimate
You receive a clear proposal listing rooms, surfaces, products and pricing – suitable for 3,000–10,000+ sq. ft. homes and multi-unit projects.

Scheduling & colour support
Pam confirms dates, coordinates with your builder or designer, and helps finalize colours before we start.
05.
Protection, prep & painting
The crew protects floors and finishes, completes repairs and sanding, then moves through the project in a logical order.

Final walkthrough & handover
We walk the project with you, handle any touch-ups and leave you with labelled leftover paint and a clear point of contact.
