01 · Interior Painting Specialist
Fine Finish Painting Is Not What Most Painters Do
Any painter can roll walls. Very few can spray interior trim, built-ins, and custom millwork to a factory-smooth finish without drips, runs, orange peel texture or visible brush marks. This work requires the right spray equipment, the right products, the right prep, and — most importantly — the right hands. Sameh has been doing this level of work for over20 years, including five years in Paris on luxury residences where fine finishing was the only acceptable standard. If your home has custom millwork, built-ins, statement trim or coffered ceilings — this is the work we are built for.
FACTORY-SMOOTH SPRAY FINISH
No Brush Marks. No Texture. No Runs.
We spray interior trim, doors and millwork to a factory-smooth finish —the same clean, consistent look yousee on new cabinetry. Achieved through correct prep, the right product, proper equipment and 20+ years of spray application experience.

RIGHT PRODUCT FOR EVERY SURFACE
Oil, Waterborne, Lacquer &Hybrid Systems

07 · Questions & Answers
Millwork & Fine Finish Painting FAQ
A few common questions before starting an interior painting project.
What is the difference between spray finishing and brush/roll finishing for trim and millwork?
Spray finishing eliminates brush marks and roller texture entirely — the finish is smooth and consistent across the entire surface, just like factory-painted cabinetry. Brush and roll finishing, even done well, leaves some texture that becomes visible in raking light. For high-end trim, built-ins and millwork in luxury custom homes, spray finishing is the correct approach for achieving the premium look the home deserves.
Can you spray finish MDF millwork and trim?
Yes. MDF is one of the most common millwork materials in custom homes and requires specific preparation — proper filling of exposed edges, correct primer for MDF porosity and controlled spray application to avoid grain raising. We have extensive experience spray finishing MDF trim, built-ins, and cabinetry to a factory-smooth result.
Do you work with custom home builders on new construction finishing?
Yes. We work directly with Edmonton custom home builders on new construction fine finish work — integrating into the construction schedule at the appropriate stage, coordinating with other trades, and delivering the level of finish quality that premium custom home builders need to satisfy their clients.
Can you spray finish coffered ceilings and feature beams?
Yes. Coffered ceilings, exposed beams, and architectural ceiling details require specialized spray setup and meticulous masking of adjacent surfaces. We have the equipment, the experience and the patience to finish these feature elements to the standard they deserve — clean lines, consistent sheen and a result that photographs as beautifully as it looks inperson
How do you protect the rest of the home during spray finishing?
Meticulous masking and full site protection. Before any spray work begins, we mask all adjacent walls, floors, fixtures, and surfaces completely. We use professional-grade masking paper and tape, plastic sheeting for large areas, and take every precaution to ensure overspray does not reach any unintended surface. The site is clean and organized throughout every phase of the work
Are you licensed and insured for fine finish painting work in Edmonton?
Yes. City of Edmonton Licensed (Licence #639657327-001), Fully Insured, and WCB Covered. Written workmanship warranty on every project. All documentation available immediately upon request
